About

I believe that creating and maintaining meaningful and secure relationships leads to a fulfilling life. We all bring with us unique experiences and cultural learnings that impact our way of loving. When working with couples, I strive to connect with both people's expereinces and to truly understand each person’s perspective. I provide a safe and collaborative environment for exploration that encourages each person to better understand themselves, one another and to build enough safety so that couples can express their true longings.

EFT is a humanistic, strengths-based and experiential approach. Humanistic meaning that I accept you as inherently good and believe that everyone has the potential to reach their goals. Everyone experiences blocks from time to time - both internal and external - and I’ll assist you in understanding and working through blocks and accepting what’s actually possible. Experiential therapy means that we’ll revisit experiences you have outside of sessions and I’ll help you to invite and welcome emotions and body sensations while you’re in session so that we can work with them directly. My goal is to provide a safe and collaborative space for finding creative solutions, experiencing one’s self differently, and finding effective ways to improve relationships. I'm a Certified EFCT therapist and supervisor. I'm also certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and have advanced training in Lifespan Integration (LI).
