As a Certified EFCT Therapist and Supervisor, I am passionate about the art, science, and effectiveness of EFT to help couples and individuals create secure bonds. I am also a Certified  Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist and Approved IFS Clinical Consultant and have found that the two modalities, when used together, can accentuate the transformative healing process for couples and individuals. I specialize in doing private 3-day EFT Couples Therapy Intensives with one couple at a time in Bellingham, Washington.

I am also the Founder and Executive Director of Inside Passage Relationship Counseling, a group practice in Bellingham, Washington that focuses on Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and trauma-informed therapy methods such as IFS and EMDR.
